In addition to carpet other floor coverings have been gaining in popularity. Ceramic tile, hardwoods and marble are few examples of hard surface floor coverings. And like carpet, they too eventually need professional attention. For most, the old fashion mop is the cleaning tool of choice. Although this appears to work fine at first, eventually . Dirt and soil from the mop has been absorbed into the grout between the tile leaving it dull and dingy.
